IT'S ALMOST THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN.
EDIT: So, I posted this on my mother's Facebook page and, sure enough, got a reply from her today...
The all-caps and speaking in the third person just makes it sound like it was typed out by a female Dr. Doom. Of course, it was probably my dad that typed this out but I like to imagine that my mother is slowly turning into a Stan Lee written Marvel super villain as the years go by.
